This website has no forms, no cookies, no analytics and no third-party trackers. Your browser requests pages from our hosting provider, which may keep standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security.

When you contact us

If you message us on WhatsApp, call or email, we receive your name, number or email and what you send. We use it only to answer your enquiry and, if you ask, to connect you with a nail professional. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp LLC under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its use. Email inquiries@acrylickenya.co.ke. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.

Retention

We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to handle the enquiry, then delete them.
